Want to Trade: Timeshare with 3 Unused Weeks (3 Yrs) for JetSkis in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

I have a Timeshare with Sedona Springs Resort. I have not used the last two years of share, so there are two weeks to use, plus the week for this year.
I have owned this for about 4 years, and gifted a week to a friend and her husband. Turns out the trade value is pretty good, and after they used their week, RCI called me back and said I could stay somewhere else on the same week banked. Because the resort is rated higher in RCI's system, it can be traded for 2 separate weeks at other resorts under a 1-week exchange. It’s worth 18 points, if you’re familiar with RCI.
The last two years’ dues are paid, and both weeks are banked at RCI and ready for use. I’ve spent $2,200 for the last two years’ Dues and the RCI Membership for unused weeks.
- The weeks are currently banked with RCI.
- The dues for this year still need to be paid by buyer, approx $xxxx.
- This timeshare is going for $5,000 on the low end

- Each of the 3 weeks can be exchanged for up to 2 weeks in points – that’s up to 6 weeks of vacation for these 3 available weeks
- RCI’s fees are $89 per year, $149 exchange within US, $249 internationally.
