Dewalt 20V framing nailer and Pressure washer in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

Hi there.
Selling off a couple tools I don't use.
Up first is a Dewalt DCN692M1 framing nailer. Bought it to do siding on my duplex, used it for those two days and its sitting in the case at my house ever since. $500 new on amazon, asking $350 OBO cash only. Text for more info.
Next is my dewalt pressure washer, used a few times to do my truck and duplex when we re-painted it, but now its just hanging out. Has all tips, Honda Motor, (GX 160) and new carb. I only use that bottled tru-fuel stuff in it, so no ethanol problems. Asking $350 OBO, nice machine.
