WTT/WTS sweet .22 with optic in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

I am looking to move my dedicated .22lr AR-15 Upper half. This is complete with the bolt carrier group and magazine. In about 30 seconds you can swap this onto your lower receiver and be shooting .22 ammo. This is an all aluminum flat-top receiver... No Polymer!!! The magazine is a 10 round. The barrel is 16", free-floated, and has a round aluminum knurled tube/handguard.
The scope is a 1-4x and has an illuminated reticle. It's not a big name scope but works well on a .22. Both the scope body and the Upper Receiver Group have been recently duracoated with a fresh coat of duracoat's "tactical flat black". The scope rings are Burris extreme tactical rings (very overkill for a set-up like this) but I had some extras so that's what I'm including. They are the proper height for an apropriate AR cheek weld and eye alignment.
