WTS Remington 700 VSSF II 223 with Nikon Monarch in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

Up for sale is this really nice Rem. 700 VSSF II (Varmint Stainless Steel Fluted) in 223. Some consider these Remingtons Elite for accuracy. The Nikon Monarch is the side focus 4-16X50 with the Nikoplex reticle model # xxxx. Scope is 2 months old and I do have box and paperwork, everyone knows about the warranty on these Monarchs. Mounting the scope is Leupold one piece base and rings. The VSSF II comes with the HS Precision stock that has the full length aluminum bedding block, it is black with green spider webbing. I have also had the action glass bedded and barrel free floated. Trigger is set at a safe 2 pounds, the bipod (included) is the 9-13" pivot. Less than 100 rounds through it. This rifle is a shooter, you can see that at 100 yards I have shot 5 shot groups .196 and .116. Go to the range with me and I will shoot sub 1/4" all day long.
