Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather 270 in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

Selling my Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather 270 hunting rifle. It's in perfect condition and was taken on one hunt. The only reason I am selling is because I recently bought a 300 Win Mag. Here is a link with the description.

It also comes with Talley medium height rings in 30mm. I'm also including 59 total rounds of ammo in Hornady GMX and Federal Premium. I also found additional brass for 270 from my son's 270 I'll throw in.
The rifle is laser accurate and puts three rounds the size of a dime at 100 yards. Took a beautiful Mule Deer last year with one shot on a moving target. This rifle needs nothing but a good scope and sling to start hunting. If I hadn't gotten such a good deal on the 300 I would have kept this since 270 is perfect for anything you want to hunt in this state.
The lowest price I could find for the rifle is $xxxx. Also including the Talley rings $50 and over $70 of ammo and brass included. Selling everything for $960.
