Gunslinger reloads...Beware in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

I recently bought 500 rounds of .380 target reloads from a guy with an ad up on BP for cheap ammo. I had gotten .380 reloads from him before and the ammo was OK for the range. The brand in both cases was "Gunslinger". This latest purchase had approximately 30% deformed and damaged cases which would not feed in my P380. In addition to that, the rounds I loaded after having inspected the cases had about a 25% hard primer failure rate, making the range trip (for the .380) not worth the effort. This pistol feeds and fires many brands of ammo, including reman, without trouble.
Almost forgot to mention...When I contacted him about the problems, he first agreed to replace it, and then to refund my money. Now there are no answers to my texts or phone calls. The ammo cost $40 per 250 rounds if you pick it up, and $45 if he delivers. Too good to be true.
(Note to Beavis and Butthead- I didn't put this up to whine about the $80 bucks, but to warn BP people about the bad ammo) Update...I didn't have trouble with the first batch I bought, either...And he seemed like a nice guy, but now he's not answering my calls. (To the poster who claimed that I'm a competitor...Contact me and I'll be glad to sell you the batch I got for what I paid, less what I managed to send downrange.) Update...Now there's another ad touting this ammo, saying that he and his friend use buckets of it at Ben Avery without trouble, and suggesting that I reloaded it badly myself and for some reason wanted to blame it on Gunslinger....REALLY? Why would anyone do that? Anyway, do what you want...It's your money. I don't see ads for it any more, and the phone number on the label just rings on and on, and there is no Gunslinger in Melissa, Texas. Now I'm just looking for a way to safely dispose of this crap. And yeah...You will be seeing my ad every day for a while...Just in case they come back to life...
