Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall, Biltmore Shopping and Business center, the Phoenician, Paradise Valley and of course directly across from the world renowned Royal Palms Resorts and Spa, with great dining, entertainment and the well known Alvadora Spa. Close to some of the most popular golf courses that Phoenix/Scottsdale has to offer. The property is located 15 minutes from Skyharbor International Airport. The villa is a very small studio with 1 room and 1 bath (180 sq.ft).
