The print shop manager is responsible for coordinating all client orders and maintaining an efficient workflow process. As an ambassador of the HomeSmart Brand this individual needs to have the highest level of commitment to customer service excellence.
Responsibilities:
:Represent the HomeSmart brand through excellent customer service
:Accurate completion of orders in a timely manner
:Communicate with marketing department on a regular basis regarding project/order updates, client concerns and to introduce innovative ideas
:Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment
:Ability to speak knowledgeably about the capabilities of the company to potential and existing
clientsCustomization of pre:printed agent yard signs (vinyl printing and application), open house signs, a:frame and other specialty signage
:Manufacturing and customization of HomeSmart proprietary lighted yard sign
:Fabrication and installation instruction of lobby, window and office signage and decals for HomeSmart franchisees
:Printing of magnets, vinyl banners and other specialized printing and signage
Qualifications:
:CNC Router operational knowledge
:Proficient knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite
:Proficient knowledge in Roland Versa Works software
:Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi:task and prioritize in a high:volume, fast:paced environment
:Exceptional customer service
:Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills
:Detail:oriented, self:motivated and organized
:Ability to use critical thinking and logic to isolate and resolve or troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Compensation and Benefits:
:Starting salary 34K DOE + Bonus potential
