Mortgage Loan Processor/ Account Servicing/ Loan Closing in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

Part Time to possible full time opening (25 -30 hours/wk) with a small family owned mortgage banking firm that processes new loans and services monthly loan payments. We fund primarily private money real estate loans. We use Calyx Point, Word, Quick Books and a proprietary loan servicing software (we will train you on servicing software). This is a small office with lower volume and high client care and contact. Busy days make for time passing very quickly. Experience in the mortgage and /or title industry is necessary for terminology etc. Our related firm also handles foreclosures as part of the services we offer. Because we are smaller, the right candidate for this position must be able to multitask take direction and then work independently.
