POSITION SUMMARY: The Mortgage Advisor Team Lead : Consumer Direct, under the direction of the Branch Manager, will oversee a group of licensed Mortgage Advisors to ensure all company performance metrics are met. The MA Team Lead will partner with all departments to ensure proper communication/feedback is given and act accordingly to ensure company exceeds all clients expectations. In addition, the MA Team Lead will also be responsible for generating mortgage loan production from company:provided leads, existing portfolio and other various third:party providers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Originate individual loan production at or above established metrics from management. Utilize expertise in such areas as recruiting, training, and sales development. Oversee the performance on all programs to meet/exceed client and company expectations. Manage to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive production and efficiencies. Oversee the day:to:day sales activities of sales team and overall origination processes from lead incubation to funding. Exceed all Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales targets as set forth by Senior MGMT. Develop and monitor all productivity measurements thru daily pipeline management practices and 1:1 meetings with direct reports. Ensure all company performance metrics are met. Identify any performance issues through Process Improvement Plan (PIP). Assist with hiring process within the team to ensure all open positions are staffed to assigned levels. Responsible for effectively coaching, managing, and motivating a high performance sales team. Identify and take action to continuously improve the efficiency of sales process while maintaining a positive employee and customer experience. Handle all administrative functions in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned. OTHER FUNCTIONS Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems. Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Two (2) + years experience managing sales professionals in a call center environment. Previous customer service experience required. Proven track record mortgage lending. Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and manage sales professionals. Proven track record of successful phone sales. CRM, LOS and Telephony system experience required. Individual NMLS state licensure required for multiple applicable states. Bilingualism a plus.
