QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
* Valid Drivers License, automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation (Required)
* Ability to function effectively in a sales/marketing and customer service environment.
* Ability to read and write short correspondence and memos.
* Ability to compute rate, discounts, and bonuses.
* Ability to effectively present information in one:on:one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Ability common sense to complex concerns
* Carry out detailed written or oral instructions
* Basic computer skills and ability to type.
Work Hours:
40 hours per week. Property Management is considered short retail hours. The properties are open 7 days a week, with shifts running between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm. The weekends are typically busy with customer service for prospective residents and current customers, so the Leasing Consultant, who is the primary customer service and sales representative, typically work a flexible work week including Saturday and Sunday.
