The Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in achieving the occupancy and retention goals of the assigned apartment community and is responsible for:- Executing and managing all activities related to the marketing and leasing of available apartment homes;- Ensuring an excellent customer experience;- Maintaining the highest standards of service to prospects, applicants, and current and former residents;- Professionally interacting with a wide array of individuals on a regular basis via phone, internet and in:person contact;- Other relevant tasks and responsibilites assigned by the Property Manager and/or Regional Manager.
