Escrow Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yohs client located in Phoenix, AZ.

: Ability to multi task and perform intense and accurate document review while meeting goals consistently with little to no supervision
: Strong customer service orientation
What Youll Be Doing:
: Will function as Mortgage Loan Closers on behalf of the Client
: Complete file review following Clients guidelines, prepare, review and approve CDs, review and approved disclosure of CDs to borrowers, and prepare loan documents
: Work will be done at high volumes with firm deadlines for completion
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
: High School Diploma or equivalent
: 1:2 years experience as an Escrow Asst I or a minimum of 3 years experience in a related real estate or title field
: Must exhibit ability to multi task and perform intense and accurate document review while meeting goals consistently with little to no supervision
