Job Description:/h3:
We are in search of a passionate, driven and committed individual to join our team of managing brokers in the ongoing development and growth of our HomeSmart team. The Managing Broker is responsible for assisting the broker team and designated broker in all aspects of agent supervision.
Responsibilities:
:Represent the HomeSmart brand through excellent customer service
:Consult and advise all agents on company policies and procedures, problem solving, contract concerns and general real estate issues
:Assist Designated Broker in all aspects of agent supervision
:Review transaction files in a timely manner
:Communicate with agents and assist them with their transactions
:Review all agent advertising material to maintain compliance and graphic standards
Qualifications:
:Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi:task and prioritize in a high:volume, fast:paced environment
:Exceptional customer service skill set
:Effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills
:Current Arizona Real Estate Broker License
:3 years experience as a Managing Broker or Branch Manager
