Job Title: Assistant Manager
Capilano Properties, LLC has an opportunity for an experienced property management accounting pro to work as an assistant property manager on our Phoenix Property Management team.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for all property level accounting and accounts receivable duties at the apartment community. This includes managing rent collections, delinquencies and evictions. In this important role you will also be responsible for validation of all input including prospect, traffic, applications, leases, move:outs, deposits and closing reports. Since honesty is one of our core values you will need to be committed to complying with our company policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations, and all applicable local, state and federal laws.
Background/Experience:
Previous experience with the legal process, including but not limited to 5 days, evictions, collections, and balanced owed letters is preferred.
Proficiency in Yardi, PSI and Lease Hawk is preferred
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of residential leasing experience Preferred
