Clerical Position for East Mesa Private Investigative Firm
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure client requests and expectations are met
Working with clients to address any issues
Ensuring service deadlines are consistently met
Running reports regularly to monitor and identify areas of concern
Resolving issues with clients and co-workers via e-mail and phone
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Must have strong phone skills
Typing experience with 45 + WPM
Must have proficient phone skills
This position is part time. After training, you will be expected to work 20-30 hours weekly Mon.-Fri. Between the hours of 9am-5pm, No weekends required.
Hourly wage will be determined following the 30-day paid training period.
