Professional Caliber Drummer Looking for a "Working Band" or Bandmates in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

I am an older drummer (53) who has been playing for 37 years and is looking for a decent cover band that plays "dance music" in R&R, Pop, R&B, or Country mostly from the 90's on back and likes to play out 1 to 2 times a month. I have a very tight meter and never over-play songs and I do my homework and get my parts down very quickly on anything you play that I might not be familiar with.
I prefer to play dance music in rock, pop, R&B, and country as playing that music and playing it well is what will get you better paying gigs. While one here and there is okay I really don't want to do too many dive bar gigs as I've had my fill of that, but higher end clubs are okay along with private house gigs, country clubs, community centers, etc. In other words I'd rather do less gigs but good quality ones that pay well than to be gigging all the time doing low paying boring gigs. If you're mostly a bar band or are stuck on arena rock, hard rock, or heavy metal, that wouldn't interest me.
I am on the west side near Westgate in Glendale so it's probably better if you're within 15 to 20 miles of there. I will go a little further for the right situation though. I really don't want to go through the pains of a startup band yet again as most of those usually end up doing nothing so at a minimum please have all the other players in place with a song list and be gig ready just needing a drummer to complete the band and start gigging.
I know looking for a band around here with the skill and versatility to play good dance music is like looking for water in the Sahara desert but I hold out hope that there's a band out there who knows what dance music is and needs a drummer.
