The Brown note,D'Lite44 BlueMonkey is the latest evolution of the D'Lite series. Blackface cleans, thick, complex overdrive, open, articulate tone, ample volume & stealth portability. It delivers everything from subtle to swampy to gainey in a compact, powerful package.
Built by Moss in the Brown Note factory. Dumble style hrm circuit with blue monkey(bluesmaster, fenderish voicing) edge. SRV used a Steel String Slinger Dumble style head at times. Carleton uses the Dumble style as well as Ford if your unfamiliar with the Amps. Incredible feel, and rolling off the volume on the guitar cleans up an aggressive gain tone. If you haven't had one of these do yourself a favor. 44 Watts. John Harrington the guitarist who tours and does studio work with SteelyDan picked up one of these last year for studio work. The video demos the "dumblesque" side of this, but it is capable of moving to SRV terriortory. That's why I like the BM version. I used to play through a Fender Vibro-king for many years with 2 tubescreamers, no TS needed with this head. To get a new one would take approx. xxxx.00 with tax/shipping and a wait time.

Great amp in excellent condition/like new. Never gigged, non-smoker home. Versatility in a small head. Hate to sell, need cash and I'm 60 years old, don't play much anymore, but never imagined I would sell it.
