Do your baby goats need to be dehorned (disbudded)? No worries I can do that for you! If you don't want to invest in an expensive iron, this would be the way to go- this is done in a fast and safe manner and your baby goats will be bouncing around shortly afterwards-
**Recommended ages for bigger breeds (ex) Nubians, Oberhasli, Boer, Sanaans, LaManchas, Miniature Nubians, Alpines, etc- first week of birth- if you feel nubs on their heads, they are for sure ready-DO NOT WAIT-bucklings grow faster than doelings- desired age is between 5-8days
**Smaller breeds (ex) Nigerian dwarf, pygmy, etc- you want to not go past 2 weeks- If you feel their nubs on their heads they are ready!
With managing my own herd, I do annual blood testing making sure they are healthy- I deworm periodically, I also vaccinate my herd-
