The Clerical Support Specialist's primary role is to perform mail services, including incoming and outgoing mail in addition to financial deposit administration. Additionally, this position may perform various administrative duties, which may include copying, faxing, scanning.

Duties:
*Readies mail daily, including postage and special handling, delivers mail to Post Office
*Picks-up mail from Post Office and local PO Box
*Sorts and readies for scanning all incoming mail
*Remote deposits all payments, using multiple bank scanners
*Reconciles all daily bank deposits, including posting on financial spreadsheets
*Provides other clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
*High School diploma
*Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel), minimum 50 wpm.
*General office experience
*Must have own transportation (or access to a vehicle on a daily basis) and good driving record with current auto insurance. (Mileage will be compensated.)
*Consideration may be given to candidates with remote deposit experience
*Detail oriented, ability to reconcile numbers
