All desks have wire management: You are able to connect wires between desks while keeping the wires hidden. There are manufacturer pre-made cuts in desktops and trays and cuts on the sides and back of desks to keep wires and power strips off the floor and hidden.
Will break up into sets if needed. It will fit into 1 room in a "U" shape for a 2 person office, with the file cabinet in an area off the main room. The modularity of the pieces allows for multiple configurations.
It can be partially dis-assembled for transport; we have done it when changing configurations from 1 room to 2 rooms and to prep it for this sale. We have all original manuals on the pieces if you need to refer to them during re-assembly. Re-assembly is much less work than putting them together from their original boxes.

ONE 36" DESK -- stand alone
ONE 2 DRAWER LATERAL FILING CABINET. Has key to lock both drawers and inserts to hang files in multiple directions -- face forward for legal hanging files or laterally for letter size files.
It will fit into one room by having the 2 corner desks bridged together by the 36" stand alone desk and on the other side of each corner desk we had the 48" and 36" desks with hutches. Provided a great working space with computer equipment on corner desks and other supplies and desk organizers on the desks with hutches. Both the filing cabinet and the 36" stand alone desk work well for holding a printer. Can also use the file cabinet as a bridge between any of the desks.
