12' Christmas Tree in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

Kirkland 12 foot Christmas Tree with lighting. Bought for approximately $400. Looks so real people have asked if it was real, and then moved in close to smell the tree in disbelief! This is not the typical fake looking cheap tree. The crafters have wrapped the frame in brown decor to simulate real bark, although your unlikely to see this because of the thick branches. Lots of detail. Two sections of the lighting have gone out, but are easily replaced by throwing new cheap lights on those sections. Has a total of 6 parts including the stand. You will need a latter to assemble this! Will only fit in a room with vaulted cielings. Use this tree three times and you've saved yourself $160 by not having to buy a real tree which costs $120. Plus the hassel of going out and hauling it back. Storage boxes are big, but fit in the typical staircase closet. Willing to deliver if you live in the east valley. I know you can buy a new tree cheaper at Walmart or Fryes, but it is no where close to this quality.
