1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport 4.0L 6cyl - 8700 in Phoenix, Arizona For Sale

Selling my jeep. Owned it 11 years.
Have pictures. Craigslist keeps deleting my post.
Bought in xxxx and have personally added over 120,000 miles. Odometer reads 161,000ish.
I have several vehicles and this Jeep has only been driven about 10,000 miles in the last 3 years. TIME TO SELL!!!
New Water Pump installed May xxxx ($50)
I installed a new, lifetime warranty radiator from Autozone in around May xxxx. ($160)
New Bosch in tank fuel pump, regulator, filter installed September xxxx. ($300)
The engine does not leak, smoke, or burn oil. There are no other leaks.
Rear brakes have less than 10,000 miles on them. I changed them before Christmas. The fronts I changed in xxxx when I still lived in Seattle. They have around 10,000. Tires were also put on at that point.
Front and rear differentials where serviced last Fall.

Anything else you would like to know please feel free to ask. I have done all maintenance myself in the 10 years of owning it. It has always been a second vehicle and I now have two vintage trucks and a vintage mustang, as well as a motorcycle and a sailboat.
I am not interested in trades. CASH ONLY! A new crate engine is $xxxx, and these motors are good to 250,000 miles easy. If you prefer a stock Jeep for less money, there are many out there priced for less.
I am out of state in Seattle part time, and the Jeep is just a spare vehicle for when I'm in Arizona. I have several other vehicles and it's just time to sell a few.
Everything works well except the AC system. The compressor went out about 3 years ago and I never changed it because I usually have the top down or the doors off. A new compressor is around $225, and installation and refrigerant would probably add another $300. That being said, I'm prepared to turn down low ball offers based on the AC system. If the next owner wants it, they can pay for it. You have been informed! To me, it's just not an issue. For the next owner, it may or may not be as well.
