These are NOT old pull-out's from some old job nor ever been installed before, They are new in box (one was opened for inspection, the other is still factory sealed) Honeywell Ceiling/Wall mount Electronic Air Cleaner & Purifier Systems/Grille Assemblies. These mount and replace your current ceiling or wall mounted filter frame return air grille of your whole home heating & cooling system. These function to clean the air in your entire home's central heating & cooling system(s), not just a small area or room like nearly all other similar types on the market. .
Without question, the finest filtering system available for nearly all central heating & cooling systems. Very, very low power usage and can remove the finest of air pollutants and particles (down to the smallest pollen and even very fine smoke size particles, far more efficient than ANY standard or "deluxe" removable/replaceable filter you are currently using). Another excellent feature is that unlike in virtually all standard central air systems, as the filter begins to remove pollutants, air flow and efficiency rapidly fails (in short, it quickly starts to "plug up" and instantly your power costs for heating & cooling goes higher & higher), since these work on electro-static methods of air purification, the total filter media surface is literally dozens and dozens of times grater than standard filters and does not create this "plugged-up" problem/effect like standard units. A perfect example of this is even with some of the largest sizes of conventional, removable air filterers (30" x 20" is among the largest) are less than 6 Sq Feet of Filtering Media, whereas these have an outstanding 78.6 Sq Ft total Filtering Media!
As well, claning is VERY simple, either washing the cleaning "cell" with a garden hose or better yet, can be put into any standard dishwasher and cleaned that way.

As can be seen at the link above, these sell from Honeywell for over $850 Each. I have never seen them below the $600-$650 (Each) range even at discount houses/wholesale locations.
Bills are far past due and forced to sell at a substantial loss.
