Type: Sport, For Sale - Private.

I have 9mm ammo for sale, I have 115 gr. jacketed hollow pt. and full metal jacket / round nose. These are quality, magnum reloads. Unlike some reloads that sometime have feeding and chambering problems, these are crimped, so they will load (feed) and chamber just like factory new, with the added benefit of magnum powder charge and premium components. Winchester primers, Bullseye powder, and Rainier LeadSafe Total Copper Jacketed Bullets. These projectiles are Electroplated with a pure, copper jacket that covers the swaged lead core so there's no lead exposed to hot gases from burning gunpowder ? the cause of lead vapors that can accumulate at dangerous levels at shooting ranges. Electroplating produces a molecular bond so strong between the copper and lead that they will not separate when fired, so you will enjoy cleaner shooting and less barrel fouling. Consistently proven accurate in independent tests. Along with quality components, my reloading process, pays attention to small and yet important details. If you are interested, a brief description of the process, starts with the brass. I process batches of 500 pcs. at a time. I hand count them and inspect them, removing any dented, cracked, or wrong caliber cases that I find. Next they are sprayed with a solvent that helps to loosen and removes dirt, oxidation, and powder discoloration & residue. This solvent also helps to lubricate the cases as they are put through the decapping and sizing die. After decapping and sizing they are washed in a detergent to remove all the dirt and solvent. Then they are put in a tumbler with a combination of polish and wax & tumbled for 24 hrs. After tumbling, they are 100% checked with a chamber gage, Next I will insert the primers. From there they will go to the expander die, which slightly flares the opening so that the bullet (projectile) will more easily press into position straight. After the expander die, the powder is added. This must be done with extreme precision. Too much and the gun could explode, too little and you could get poor performance and jamming. I use a Dillion electronic scale and keep my loads to +/- 1/10th of a grain, of the desired load. Next the bullet is seated and pressed to achieve the correct O.A.L. (over all length, there are charts that will specify the powder charge, and OAL for every bullet type and weight) After pressing in the bullet, they are then crimped to bring the flared brass opening, up close and tight to the bullet. Finally they will be chamber gaged a final time to insure the bullet will feed and chamber correctly.
